Welcome to the team
We want you to discover more than a workplace: a place to meet people, share ideas and grow. To make sure you feel at home with us, we take special care to give you a warm welcome. Supporting every newcomer and helping them quickly become part of our team is essential to us.

They’ve shared your background, your position and your role, as well as your passions… so we already know a little about you. And you’ll receive a welcome email along with our Welcome Book.

The Welcome Book: your guide to familiar ground
Ready to take a tour of the Strane Innovation Group world in 30 pages? The Welcome Book is a real goldmine of information about our Group. Culture and strategy, but also office maps, how paid leave works, health insurance and employee benefits. You’ll find answers to all your questions (well, almost!).

The onboarding programme… how does it work?
The onboarding programme matters! We believe it gives everyone an overall view of the Strane Innovation Group, how it works and how you’ll interact with colleagues from our other activities… That’s why every newcomer attends a presentation of each of our activities: around ten presentations and nearly 10 hours of dedicated training.
